Super Pro:
These come in a blue box with a factory cellophane seal. It's striped balls have the number in the stripe. The 6 and 9 balls have a curved underscore. The cue ball has a red logo. This set debuted in the early half of the 1990's in a dark blue box having only gold lettering and two gold stripes on the box's lid, and contained a red triangle cue ball.
They're made differently from the lower models. Their font is much larger than Aramith's other models. Besides offering a "TV Pro-Cup" version (pink 4 & 12 plus tan 7 & 15 balls plus six red dot cue ball), Aramith has never made changes to the appearance of the numbered balls. These are also offered in a "value pack" that feature a six red dot cue ball.
The Super Pro ball set is also being counterfeited. The're packaged in a similar box and use the same font, but don't use Aramith's name. I believe the whites of the balls might be a touch too white and there are ever so subtle differences in some of the font, which you're unlikely to catch even when they're placed next to an authentic set.
